It’s a known fact that some Heating companies have adopted an in and out policy when it comes to boiler servicing, where the boiler is shown little attention and nothing at all to the Heating System.

Your Stevenson Heating boiler service will normally start with checking the correct safety operation of the boiler; this can’t be achieved without removing the boiler case. During this process the engineer will carry out a safety performance test which can only be achieved by using a Flue Gas Analyser.

The engineer carrying out your boiler service must be Gas Safe Registered. It is illegal for anyone to work on any gas appliance without holding Gas Safe registration. To check your engineer simply visit www.gassaferegister.co.uk or ask them to supply there registration card.
